‘Freedom’ is a project I made at university. I wanted to understand what freedom meant to people and after weeks and months of researching and talking to different individuals I came up with the conclusion that freedom is something we all perceive differently and we all see and want different ways of becoming and being free.
Stages
Stage 1 - Imagination
Stage one is the imagination stage of becoming free. Is what you think holds you back and what you think influences your life in a bad way. Your bad habits, social media, fear and other things.
What could happen if you no longer were associated with those things?
Would you become free?
Stage 2 - Understanding
Stage two brings us through the understanding process of what a person might feel at first when letting go of all the bad things they were once connected to and what might be felt afterward. The beginning of happiness as well as the beginning of wondering if that is a happy place at all.
Stage 3 - Accepting
The accepting stage is the last one in this video. With this ending, I wanted the viewer (you) to see that in order to find freedom you have to accept the present moment and work harder to get free not the other way around.

Colour survey
This survey was made in the process of making this video to see what color people associate with a specific emotion (happiness, sadness, passion, anger, and the last one represents the color of quarantine time). The survey is based on feedback from 35 different people (mixed gender & nationalities).
